Place water and oil in a mixing bowl or the bread tin. (I forgot to add oil this time. Orz)
salt & sugar
flour & powdered milk
grains (I use a mix of nuts & seeds)
Then finally add the instant yeast.
Place the bread tin in the machine and close the lid.
Set up the schedule, weight, etc. Press start and let the machine do the work.
This was the time when I suddenly found that I forgot my oil....
I add the oil after the first kneading session to make up my miss. (It should be added along with water at first)
Keep going!
When the baking is finished, remove the bread from the tin.
Place onto a wire rack to cool down completely before slicing.
