Hi! I'm Susan Bellone on behalf of Expert Village. Today we are discussing red light
relaxation techniques. In our last segment, we learned the head lean. In this segment,
we will be practicing. Let's practice. You pull up to a red light and you take a deep
breath. Inhale and exhale and relax. Now shrug your shoulders up to your ears, let them down
and relax. Gently lean your head from one side to the next. Feel the tension ease away.
This is your relax time. In our next segment, we will be deep breathing and continuing to
relax depending on the length of the red light.
