Hi. This is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village,
I'm going to show you how to make Ratatouille. Okay, we're just going to add our garlic now.
And we're just going to saute this for about a minute to open it up. Don't want it to get
brown, just want it to as soon as you smell your garlic, you know you're good and we're
going to add our, about a minute. And then we're going to add our onion. Alright it's
been about a minute, so we're going to add our onion, nice red onion. Great thing about
these, just pop it right in, bring it over and throw it in. So we're going to saute these
for about three to four minutes now. Alright? And let them open up. When we come back now,
we're going to start chopping the rest of our veggies now, while this is going on. This
is fast, it's easy, it's fun. I'm telling you this is a great great dish. You're going
to make it , you're going to love it. It's ratatouille here on Expert Village.
