my left kwa in a way
that the pressure goes on the heel and I can easily
turn my leg
even keeping my weight on it, therefore it's a matter of -

I go in compression
by closing my kwa. This cause my weight going
from the front
to the back of my foot, my heel.
Therefore
I can use my heel as pivot point
even though I have the weight of my body on this leg.
