Many people worry about their weight and watch the scale every day; however body weight is not everything. If someone exercises and develops muscle mass, then his/her weight, is it muscle or fat?
This is in contrast to someone who does not exercise and doesn’t look so heavy or chubby, but when the fat percentage is measures it can be too high.
An interesting clue is rather than looking at body weight, to find out the percentage of fat; if I have over 30% of fat I am risking my health.
The ideal is to have less than 30% body fat and we are too demanding, may be 20% is even better.
Why is body fat control so crucial? It is crucial because the excess fat impacts your personal quality of life and health.
