Hi guys, my name is J, and I'm talking to you on behalf of Expert Village. Now basically
what we've done is we've taken our potatoes and put them on this pot. It's still like
on about medium heat. If you move them around some more heat will come out of them. What
you want to do is you want to add a good, nice, serving of salt. I've got sea salt,
you can use whatever type of salt you like, but you want to add that salt right on to
the potatoes, it's going to draw out even more moisture. It's going to draw out more
moisture it's, basically you want that salt to be nice and in there. If you want to add
more pepper, which I'm going to do, I'm going to add, I'm going to add, I actually have
pepper in my butter, but I'm going to add a little more pepper too. It's important to
add your seasoning when these potatoes are nice and hot because that seasoning is going
to stick and get infused, and it's going to taste nice and delicious. If you want to add
garlic powder you can too, guys. Basically you want to leave these on here for about
another two minutes. Let all that moisture out of them, kind of move them around a little
bit. Before you start smashing them, let all that moisture out, that's important too. That's
it on this clip guys. Thanks for listening, have a good day.
