Hi everyone!
It's BargainClipper!
And I'm back with a ... Sorry ...
With a hair tutorial.
First, I would like to say,
"Hello" to all of my subscribers
and "Welcome" to my new subscribers.
All right, today I'm here to show you how I do
a "wash and go" a "conditioning wash"
Whatever you want to call it. This is what I do
when I need to wash my hair really fast
to have it straight (looking nice).
I've got water running all in my face and my eyes
and my nose and stuff, so excuse me.
But, I've already wet my hair with warm water with a hose.
Or you can... you'll do all of this in the shower. Wet your hair
wet your hair thoroughly with warm or hot water as you can stand.
And... so you won't be manipulating dry hair. And the things
you'll need, of course, is water, a hose if you are washing
your hair in the sink or your showerhead, if you're washing
your hair in the shower. An inexpensive conditioner
since it's a "co-wash" or "conditioner wash".
And today I'm using this one by Suave.
The Suave Naturals Fresh Mountain Strawberry.
I've already used different ones. The last one I did
was Juicy Green Apple.
And I've used this before (Suave Tropical Coconut).
Bargain Tip: You see that this bottle is empty.
Sometimes you'll need a bottle or something.
So when you use up something rinse it out or wash it out thoroughly.
Put it in a bag underneath your bathroom sink
and you'll have that bottle when you want to mix something up and
then you won't have to go buy one.
Okay, back to the other conditioners you can probably use.
You can use whatever you want, but this is what I have around here.
This is White Rain Naturals Conditioner in Tropical Coconut
which is pretty similar to the one by Suave.
And then that's for the "co-wash" part.
So let's get into that and then,
I can just tell you what's the next thing.
All right, let me get situated here; all right.
So I'm using this today. Remember the strawberry one.
Remember you can use whatever one you like.
I normally have my bathroom fan on (giggle)
that helps to get some of the moisture out of the air.
Wait until I turn this camera off, but okay.
So this is how I do my quick "co-wash".
Part your hair going down in the middle because that tends to be my thickest (part).
And generally you'll need
an inexpensive conditioner, a thicker conditioner,
shower (shampoo) comb to detangle, and a comb
to either help separate your parts or you can use
clips. I got these hot roller clips
from the dollar store. So whatever you'd like to do
or if you are really in a rush just do it by hand.
So what I did was I separated my hair in half. Let me get this comb.
I'm going to work on this side since it's closest to the camera.
I don't know if I told you guys that I got a new tripod.
My darling husband or my "sweetie" as Amy would say,
got me a tripod. All right, I'm quartering this half section.
You can use a duckbill clip
or a comb or whatever you would like.
This would go a lot faster in the shower, but I'm doing it for y'all.
Shake up your conditioner. (Sniff) Excuse me.
And quarter this one too. I just washed my hair about four days ago.
So it's not really dirty, but it's starting to get warm
and stuff so it's sweaty. Let me see what time it is...
Okay, let me see if I can get this done really quickly.
Because I'm going to try to do this parts
Take yourself a glop of conditioner,
work it in your hands and work your fingers...
work your fingertips on your scalp
because it's about cleansing the scalp.
Sorry I'm making all of these crazy faces, but the water is getting
into my eyes (giggle).
But get into your scalp, you know separate your hair like you want.
Get it all in there. Let me do this middle section.
Get another glop of conditioner whatever you like...
It's not hurt... burning my eyes or anything,
but I don't know anybody that likes water in their eyes.
And smooth it onto your scalp; use your fingertips.
It smells really good.
Let me get one more glop.
And work it around your hairline
and that back section too that you made that part at.
