Chapped lips are most common in the winter months, but they can occur anytime especially
if you're in the habit of licking your lips. I'm Jackie Silver with how to heal chapped
lips. Curing chapped lips can be simple and affordable and leave you with soft beautiful
lips. Apply a lip balm throughout the day and avoid licking your lips. When it's cold
or windy cover your lips outside and use a humidifier inside. Exfoliate your chapped
lips using a soft toothbrush or warm wet washcloth. Very gently rub away dead skin. Don't use
toothpaste on the toothbrush. Apply a healing ointment. Use a lip balm that contains sunscreen
to keep your lips hydrated while protecting them from sun damage at the same time. Remember
to drink enough water to stay hydrated as well. To heal chapped lips cover them in the
cold, avoid licking your lips, use a humidifier, exfoliate with a toothbrush or a soft cloth,
hydrate and protect your lips from the sun. You'll have soft kissable lips. I'm Jackie
Silver with how to heal chapped lips. Have a beautiful day.
