The simplest mindset that I can give you and that is to serve me tremendously is value
in is equals value out.
Taking value in will result in value coming out. Now, how this is shown up in my life
is everything I talk about so far.
I went vegetarian. I went vegan and gluten free and this is me just following my body.
I'm not saying you have to do this too.
But that's what my body wanted. That's what my body was hungry for.
So I started eating super clean, taking in valuable high frequency nutrition. I changed
my inputs.
Every bit of TV that you watch, every movie you go to. Every radio station you listen
to, every bit of music.
Every bit of everything that comes into your brain is going to result in who you are and
what is on your mind.
I haven't watched a scary movie in a really long time. And I remember just a few months
ago, I was like taking a rare break to just zone out and watch something scary and fun
and I found this zombie movie.
And I remember afterwards, I locked all the doors. I close all the windows and I sat in
my apartment actually fearing zombies outside of my apartment.
So, basically I had become sensitive again because it's been so long since I saw anything
like that.
That, "Oh yeah, this is crazy". Our subconscious mind doesn't even know the difference between
real and fake.
So we're used to it. You know I've seen Saving Private Ryan just as much as the next guy
and people heads again blown off and it's like no big deal.
If I watch that today, it might freak me out. I'm not going to lie.
Even rap music, the rap music I grew up and listening to, Biggie and Tupac and underground
rap from Philadelphia, United States.
And all this stuff that it's like really violent, it's like "Oh, you know" and gave me like
my jersey, you know I'm from New Jersey. So it gave me that like toughness, right?
But now I listen to it I'm like, "Ah", like it's programming me to talk about violence
and *** and drugs and ***.
And my life is more about like happiness and joy and peace and you know surrender. So I
really stop listening to that too.
Now, this is all just me showing you who I am. I'm not telling you or anybody how to
live. I'm just sharing how these all happened for me.
Friends, a lot of us want to hang on to our friends even when they bring us down, even
when they take our energy. Even when they feed us bad thoughts about who we are.
You know because we have this distinct thing that we're supposed to hang on to friends.
You know, a friend means you're friend forever and for not a friend forever is bad friendship,
right?
Your friends, that's what you're taking in. You know, it's very common to say in self
development you're going to be the five people that you spend the most time with.
So your friends, the people around you, the information you're taking in on all levels.
The sunshine that you're taking in. The good nutrition you're taking in. The healthy amounts
of water you're taking in.
Everything is value in equal's value out or there's the other cycle which is crap in crap
out, right.
You spend a bunch of time with a bunch crappy people who tell you you're crap, what do you
got? You know the whole bunch of crap, right?
So this simple mindset and just bringing that awareness to your life, that's all I want
for and it doesn't matter what I want.
That's all I would recommend is that you just carry this awareness with you, value in equal's
value out.
And when things that aren't valuable to your life starts showing up, maybe you'll be like,
"Hey, you know this adding to me something that I don't really want" and you can just
let it go.
