Hi, I'm Terri Turco with Expert Village and now we're really going to get going and melt
that chocolate. Now as you see behind me I've got the oven. I've got my little pot with
my glass bowl and chocolate inside. Now remember, the pot needs to be 3/4 filled with water.
And this is going to be the double boiler method. OK, but it takes quite a bit of time.
So to speed things up because, you know, time is of the essence. We're just going to take
this bowl of chocolate, put it into the microwave,OK, close that door. And let's first try it for
about a minute. When you melt chocolate it can go a minute to two minutes depending on
how much chocolate you put in the bowl and how dense chocolate. We have some regular
Nestle's morsels with some mini morsels so it's a combination of the two so you want
to first start at a minute. OK, because you don't want to over do cooking the chocolate.
If you over do chocolate it gets really clumpy and we don't want that to happen. So when
you come back we're going to show you how well that chocolate is melted. We'll do a
little check-up, see if it needs to be melted more and if it does we'll go accordingly.
And then after that I'm going to show you a couple of different methods with wax paper
and of all things, aluminum foil, that you can mold chocolate to the shape that you desire.
So make sure that you come right back.
