Hi, my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, TX. On behalf
of Expert Village I'm here to show you my gumbo supreme. We have taken that chicken
we had, we covered it with our seasonings now we're going to put it into our pan here.
Just brown it put some color on it. We are not cooking it through just want a little
color. I got this pan set about 300 and I have taken the chicken and I actually cut
it up into pieces cause we are going to do everything right here in this pot. We are
not going to make a lot but we are going to make enough, it's going to be full of stuff.
By browning the chicken with those seasonings on it we get the chicken nice and seasoned
cause it's all going to go into our gumbo pot. Each item should have its own unique
flavor and taste. So we'll keep browning this it will take us about 5-10 minutes to get
the color that we want. Then we'll remove this brown chicken from the pot and add something
else so we'll continue to let this brown and I'll see you back at the next step.
