Hi guys, I'm Nikki Phillippi. And today is going to be my version of Beauty
Do's, Don'ts & Duhs. Now for today's episode, I wanted to talk
about something very close to my heart and that is pale girl makeup tips.
Now, you may not be pale all year round but winter is definitely here so this is for you.
Tip #1 Be sure to use a primer or a moisturizer at
the start of your day before you apply your makeup to help keep your makeup from oxidizing.
Now I have definitely had this experience where I have applied my makeup and throughout
the day, it tended to go a little orange or brown.
Not a fun look. So help avoid that.
Stop that in it's tracks by applying moisturizer or primer at the start of the day.
Tip #2 One thing that I love to do is I go in with
a more brown bronzer, and then I like to go over that with a peachier, pinkier color
Because it helps me from looking really muddy and dirty.
So going in with that peachier or pinkier color kind of illuminates your skin and looks
really beautiful. Tip #3
Now a lot of pale people tend to be more on the red side of life.
So if that is you, you're going to want to avoid the red colored blushes.
And lean more towards the coral or pink colors. Now the bronzer kind of evens out the skintone,
but you're definitely going to want to bring that color back in.
So if you stay towards the pinks and the coral, you'll be good to go.
Tip #4 Now this is definitely my favorite tip.
And this is one that I personally do all the time.
Be sure to carry a tinted lip balm or lip gloss that's like, your lip color but a little
more enhanced. It's easy.
It's goof-proof. Plus, if you just do the lips, and add some
oversized shades, you're good to go. Tip #5
Do not be afraid of bold liner. Now I have some fellow pale friends who have
told me before that they get a little bit nervous about going bold with the liner on
their eyes. And I have to say, I think you should go for
it. Because I think it give a really wide-eyed,
dramatic look. And going bold with the liner in the eyes really makes your eyes pop, especially
when you're fair-skinned. This one is...meh.
And this one is YAY! So go for it!
Okay guys, so that is the end of my pale girl makeup tips.
Be sure to let me know in the comment section down below if you have any other tips to throw

When I was 21, where was I living? I was living in a house with all boys in New
Brunswick, NJ. And you know what we got?
Not a pool. We got bed bugs. I love everything about the holidays from
the sparkly, pretty ornaments to the warm, fuzzy moments sipping on wine with my family,
which I reflected here with this look. You guys know that I travel a ton.
I'm actually in LA right now as you can tell by my hotel room.
And I figured while I have all of my makeup packed, I wanted to give you guys some great
tips on what to pack when you're traveling. So this is my "Beauty Do's, Don'ts, & Duhs:
Travel Edition"
