Hey Fitlifer, Drew Canole, welcome to another exciting episode of Mindset Monday, I'm grateful
you're here, on this show, I'm actually going to dive deep into your life purpose. At the
end of it, I promise you, that you're going to have a much better understanding of where
you want to go in this life. My friends often tell me, they're like 'Drew I don't know what
I want to be when I grow up.' And these are guys that are 30, 35, 40 years old, they have
no clue what they want to be, and that's difficult. You know, 70 percent of the country's overweight,
30 percent obese, we're in an epidemic right now, and I truly believe, the heart of it,
is not knowing what you want to do, not understanding what your life path is or your purpose. So
whether your purpose is to be a janitor and clean, or your purpose is to be a president
of a company or a rock star or whatever it is, we're going to get to the bottom of it
in this episode today. Alright, so one of the biggest problems, many of my [high-end]
transformation clients run into is that they've worked real hard their entire lives and they
get to a breaking point, when they're like 'What does all this for?' 'What have I created
all of this in my life for?' [Why don't I have 3 or 4 cars or a mansion, you know, in
an island somewhere?'] 'What is it all mean?' okay? So if you don't know what your purpose
is, you constantly searching for outside means, whether it be cars, houses, or food, real
simply. So right now in America we have access to 4,000 calories per person, 4,000 empty
nutrient calories, processed foods, things made with mainly corn and sugar. So people
turn to those because it gives them instant fulfillment, if you're not fulfilled on the
inside with your life purpose then you're going to turn to those things, you're going
to consume large amounts. So what's happening is, most of America's consuming those types
of foods that's not giving them the nutrition that they need and they get big, they become
obese. So that when we go through the transformation process, you and me together, we're literally
going to define what your purpose is. And at the end of it, whether it be a year from
now, five years from now, or ten years from now, you could look back at this video and
say 'You know what that exercise that I went through, that Sean Corn showed Drew Canole,
I did that and it literally changed the face of my future.' I interviewed Sean Corn, she's
one of the greatest yoga teachers in the world and a true inspiration to me in my life, a
true mentor and she basically develop these 4 questions that I'm going to share with you
today. Now there's 4 steps in this exercise, I'm going to walk you through each and every
one of them, at the end of the exercise, I strongly encourage you to pause the video,
only comeback when you've written out the things, so grab a pen, grab a piece of paper
and let's get on these steps. Step one, you're a unique individual. Everyone on this planet
is; there is no one on this planet that is identical to you. And with being unique, you
have a unique qualities, characteristics, talents, things that make you who you are,
so for step one, write down 3 or 4 of those unique things about you. Go ahead, do it,
come back in the video when you're ready. So now that you have those qualities about
you that make you unique, let's talk about how those qualities can impact the world,
what do those qualities do for the world? Go ahead, write them down, 3 or 4 things,
take those qualities and combine them with what you'd like to do with the world. This
one's important, this is step 3, congratulations on taking action in doing step 2, we're almost
to the finish line. Step 3, what I want you to do is envision for a second, I want you
to visualize all the faculties in the mind's eye what your ideal world looks like. What
does it look like? Take 5, 10 minutes, however long it takes and write out your description
of an ideal world. Congratulations, you've done all 3 steps, there's only one final step,
and is to take everything you've written out and write a purpose statement. In this purpose
statement declare what you want to do for the rest of your life and declare it out loud,
it's important to declare it out loud, when you put words forth into the universe, it
starts to create a vibration and in that vibration you're going to bring people, places and experiences
into your life that can fulfill your purpose. So congratulations, I'm grateful you did this
today, I'm Drew Canole, remember we're in this together, I'll see you next week on another
exciting episode of Mindset Monday.
