In June of this year,
I received this booklet
describing my VA benefits.
As is customary, the government claims
"to serve Veterans by providing the highest quality healthcare
available anywhere in the world".
In December I'll be sixty-six;
I've been a trial attorney since 1977.
These claims about the highest quality healthcare in the World
are the biggest lies I've ever heard in my life!
My "care" over the past ten years is proof positive
that senior VA management will engage in criminal acts
to defeat valid Veteran claims.
But this story isn't about me.
I have no doubt that what happened to me - the "Standard of Care" which these senior Executives find acceptable -
is identical to what they provide to all other Veterans.
The purpose of the site is to provide a public service to Veterans and their counsel
by specifically identifying those individuals
(employed by VA and the Department of Justice)
who engage in criminal behavior
to avoid all of their duties to Veterans.
This site provides an impeccable written
record of VA's total failure
to provide the quality of healthcare mandated by law,
professional ethics, and VA's own written "Standards of Care."
All Veteran's deserve a healthcare system which in fact
fulfills all its legal and ethical obligations.
Moreover, men and women thinking about entering the military service
have a right to know the true nature of the healthcare they will receive
when physically and mentally injured.
This is a topic I know well.
September 29th marks my
45th year of being a cripple. I strongly believe that our government has no right
to ask its citizens to make such life-long
daily sacrifices, if there's no intention of actually
providing the quality of healthcare mandated by law and professional ethics.
