WORKOUT TIPS 3: Hydration Hi!
My name is Aida Johnson and I am the Student Recreation Center director and I am here to
talk to you about the importance of drinking water and stay hydrated. Water is essential
to maintain body temperature; its also essential for keeping your joints lubricated and is
prefect for good over all health. One of the things you want to think about doing is what
I have here, is to carry a reusable water bottle. We have plenty of opportunity for
you to refill your water bottle within the Student Recreation Center. Now, you want to
make sure you drink water before, during and after a workout because more than half your
body is made up of water. You want to make sure you are replacing all the fluids lost
during a workout by drinking plenty of fluids. Once again that’s your hydration tip! Aida
