So now I'm going to see how my photo gram cyanotypes came out. These pressed flowers
on my coated paper, and again this is pretty good example of exactly how you want this
to look. You can see the outline, outline. And now this is just a tray of water, and
I'm just going to sort of wash a little bit of the solution off very gently. That's all
I want to do really. Now sometimes I use running water and sometimes I don't. But right now
I'm not, and again, I really like just doing this outside. It's just nice to be outside.
And so once my water is off, going to take a cap full of peroxide. And as soon as that
peroxide hits that image, it is going to go blue. And see how it sort of fuzzes out like
that? Now this is fine, I can touch this. I can see the outline of my flower. And now
I'm going to do this side. And again, this is a very basic way, great for kids. This
stuff is so cheap I could just pour it all over there. And the more I kind of wash it
off there; I can see the outline of my flower and this flower. Now this is pretty, pretty
basic stuff. I actually really like this one, this one not so much. But this is a good way
of doing a photo gram. And the next step that I'm going to show is how to do it with a negative
or its transparency. So you can get a lot more detailed on my cyanotypes.
