Hi! My name is David with Expert Village, and I'm going to show you how to adjust glasses.
Now I'm going to discuss when the temple piece needs to be adjusted. On the frame, your temple
piece, which is also commonly known as the arm, is the piece that holds the glasses onto
your head. When your glasses are sitting on your face and they're a bit skew such as this,
you can take them off and take a look at them. You can notice that the temple arm may be
twisted either up or down. In this case, the temple arm has been twisted down from the
rest of the frame. When you're putting on your frames and you notice that the frames
are not sitting correct, you can take your frames off, put them on a level surface and
notice that the frames are not balanced. Your glasses should sit straight like this, whereas
crooked frames sit like this. That is how you know that the temple needs to be adjusted.
