Alright Fitlifers, Drew Canole, it's another Mindset Monday. Today, I'm going to talk about
something that's going to make you uncomfortable, okay? So when I say this word, I want you
to pay attention to your body language, how you feel when I say this, okay? Today, we're
talking about money. Did you feel that? Did your feet get a little shaky, did your legs
start twitching, did your shoulders hunch in, are you a little bit uncomfortable? If
you are, that's good, if you're not, listen to this video too. At the end of this video,
if you learn anything at all, give it a big old thumbs up. But I want to talk to you about
one of my favorite topics and that is abundance, your birth right. So getting into it, one
of the things that I wanted to talk about is what holds you back from having abundance.
The biggest thing is fear. You see 2 percent of the world's population controls 98 percent
of the money, there's a reason for that, because they're constantly controlling the fear around
it. You know if you make money evil, what does money do, it runs away from you. So the
conversation has to change and today it's all about changing the conversation. How do
you talk to money? So step number 1, to redefine the way that you communicate and 1 of the
easiest ways that I know of is changing your thoughts, okay? So to change your thoughts
we must impress upon our subconscious mind what we believe about the green stuff. Simple
and easy, one of the easiest ways to do this, you've probably seen my sticky note video,
it's actually a video that we did in the past, it's writing affirmations on sticky notes,
posting them on your bedroom, on your bathroom near, all over the place to recondition your
subconscious mind, okay? So your thoughts are on money. Number 2, another thing that
you can do is when you look at your bank account, add 3 zeros on it. Start to visualize what
it would be like to have an infinite supply of money, more money in your life. And then
another thing that you can do is actually leave money around your house, so I'm talking
about you know, a dollar bill, 20 dollar bills, coins in different various locations in your
house so that when you're walking through your house, your actually seeing it. See,
as humans we see images, and these images impress upon our subconscious mind and the
more that we can have it in our mind, the more money will attract. So, it's the conversation
that you're having. Another tip that I've used in the past, is actually putting a hundred
dollar bill in my billfold, you can put it in your purse ladies and carry it out with
you when you're shopping, instead of buying everything that you see, visualize yourself
buying it, real simple and easy, you imagine it, and if you can go there in your mind,
you can go there in reality. So these are some simple tips, tricks and techniques that
you can use to start to impress your subconscious mind with thoughts and with abundance. You
see, the way that you communicate with money says a lot about your entire life. Growing
up in the Midwest, my parents, you know, I've reached [per cap] per household those around
35,000 dollars per year. And my mother's mom lived in the great depression, absolutely
loved her but a lot of limiting beliefs came around money from that, and it gets passed
on from generation to generation and has my life and it probably has in yours. So if you
have this limiting mindset about money, and you want to break free, break free in mind
first and that's what this Mindset Monday is all about. Start to do these things that
I told you to do, impressing your subconscious mind, again sticky notes, leaving money throughout
your house, putting money in your billfold, speaking affirmations about money, and who
you are is this infinite abundant being that's here. I'm Drew Canole, it's another Mindset
Monday, give this video a big old thumbs up if you like any of the information whatsoever
and leave a comment below and let me know how your relationship is with money, I'd love
to help you out. Until next time, remember, we're in this together, I'll see you soon.
