Okay, our last step for the tomatillo salsa, and you don't want to forget to do this, is
add your salt and pepper. Remember, we added a little bit of salt to our boiling water
so you do already have a little of salt in there. Keep that in mind whenever you add
your salt. The other thing to remember whenever you add salt is you can always add more, but
you can't take it away. Add it a little at a time. You can always add more if you need
to. For this amount, I'm going to put about 2 teaspoons of kosher salt and I'm going to
add a little bit of fresh cracked black pepper, about one teaspoon. Perfect. Now we're going to go ahead and blend
it one last time to get everything incorporated. Alright, now we're going to pour it on our
bowl and set it aside until we're ready to assemble our enchiladas. This salsa is really
great. I always make extra whenever we make it because it's really good on eggs in the
morning if you do them sunny side up. You put a few tablespoons of this on there it's
awesome. This is what your tomatillo salsa will look like.
