times you should eat to lose weight ok so the optimal amount of times you should eat
per day is six times now with that being said very very simple I don't care if you eat six
times and eat over your calorie limit if you eat over 1500 calories in six separate meals
you are going to still it doesnt really matter how many times you eat per day but what does
matter is the overall amount of calories you eat If you eat one meal and its 1500 calories
you will lose weight if you eat six meals at 1500 you will also lose weight you will
benefit a little better with the six individual meals It doesn't matter if it is six meals
