Hi, I'm Kim. I have a quick project to show you guys
who are trying to teach children languages. This is really easy to do and really fun for
the kids. So, it's a photobook.
You can buy these little ones. This one, my kids were very young
when I put this one together, so I got one of the baby ones.
But, if your kids are older, you can do a little nicer photobook.
But, I've just put in pictures of all the people who love them
and I've written their Japanese titles next to them.
So, for instance, here's my husband with my daughter
and so, next to my husband I've written, "otoosan" which means "father" in Japanese
and next to my daughter I've written "imouto" because she's the little sister.
"imouto" means "little sister." So, I've just done that with each of their
family members. It's kinda hard to see on these pages in the
video, but uh, there's their grandparents and their
uncle and cousin and some more aunts and uncles and grandparents.
So, this is really, really fun. It only took me a few minutes to put together.
I just got the book down at the local Fred Meyer.
And now you can write on the picture, if you don't mind ruining the picture
and then you can switch out the pictures - especially and children grow up and things
or you can do what I do... I did and write on the book itself.
It just depends on what you want to do. But, anyway, quick easy project,
so have fun and let me know how it goes.
