Ingredients required for Semiya Mutton
Minced Lamb (Keema Mutton), Vermicelli, Onions, Ginger Garlic Paste, Green Chillies, Coriander, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric, Cinamon, Cardamom, Clove & Ghee
First boil the finely minced mutton meat with turmeric and salt and keep it aside
Now slightly fry the vermicelli in ghee, boil them and keep it aside
Now heat ghee in a pan, slightly fry cashew nuts and keep them aside
Add Cinamon, Cloves and Cardamom to the pan
Now add sliced onions, green chillies and ginger garlic paste into the pan and fry them for a while
Add the boiled minced mutton and some red chilli powder into the bowl and mix them well
Now add the boiled vermicelli and some salt into the pan and mix them well
Now add the coriander leaves to the dish
Now take the Semiya Mutton into a serving plate and garnish it with fried cashew nuts
