Hello its Kinoshita Yuka
today!! I received this from a view from Taiwan they are Singaporean instant ramen
will you look at the packaging? its so amazing looking doesn't it look really yummy?
I really wanted to top this off with everything shown on the packaging but I can only identify the shrimp here
so I have prepared some shrimp here and I have some extra egg and onion as well.. lets get to making this
ok we're here in my kitchen the soup looks so red I wonder what kind of soup this is
the noodles look like this and there are 2 packs of soup here
I wonder if there is anything special I need to make the soup I can't read chinese so I'm kind of worried I can't read english either
now I'll add both of the soup packs one of the soups look like this
it really smells like shrimp
this is a different soup pack
oh it says laksa paste.... I've heard of laksa before ...
I think there is a store that sells a singaporean laksa ramen
oh wow you totally wouldn't guess that this was an instant ramen soup just by looking at it
it looks like I'm supposed to boil the noodles for 7 minutes ... 7 minutes is a bit long for instant type noodles
this one smells of coconut it looks totally delish!
it looks super delish but...... it looks really spicy as well.....
7 minutes have elapsed
it looks really spicy huh ... now I'll add the toppings lets start with the shrimps
now the egg this time around I have a lot of eggs
onion and now the seaweed
tadaa all done
tadaa a singaporean ramen its a laksa noodle
it looks really yummy but it looks ominously spicy as well
itadakimasu
cup noodle put out some laksa noodles but to be able to eat the real thing is going to be great
its instant however... the noodles are on the thick side
ahh its a bit different look... its very thick and plump
the soup has a coconut flavor to it and its a bit spicy but its super delish!! the noodles are very slippery
these noodles take 7 minutes to boil I wonder how they are different from japanese instant noodles
I'll eat a shrimp
it really goes nice with the taste of the soup
alright lets start eating them with the japanese toppings now ... lets try it with some seaweed here
mmm the soup and seaweed go nicely and now for the egg
ahh its alright
seaweed and egg go with any type of noodle all the viewers from singapore please give it a try
the soup is a coconut milk based soup and the shrimp taste so great in it and its very wonderful
final shrimp
and now all that remains is the soup and I'm sure you can tell from just looking at the soup but its pretty spicy
gochisosamadesu
it was totes yummy and in a coconut soup there was a tonne of shrimp and it tasted so great
it was a bit on the spicy side and the noodles were a medium thickness and were nice and slippery
just on the al dente side of things and there really was a difference between the usual instant ramen noodles
the korean 'reimen' has a bit of a bite to them and these were like a cross between those and instant noodles
perhaps... maybe I'm wrong?
either way they were very yummy and the toppings really went nice the shrimp went so nice
thank you to the taiwanese subscriber who sent these to me
overseas goods are so novel and I don't know where to start but being able to eat things like these is so wonderful
