I'm not in the hospital. I'm at the doctor's office. I'm here to see my doctor because
I went to the hospital, to the ER, to the Emergency Room the other night. So,I'm here
to tell my doctor that i have three appointments, one with a rhuematologist, one with a pain
specialist, and one with the mental health folks. So, I also have questions for my doctor.
I want to know where I can go to get a complete psychiatric evaluation...to help me with my
depression and anxiety. I also...my second question is, I haven't been sleeping and I
think it's my Paxil. I've been taking 20mg but i halved it and now I'm taking ten and
I want to know if that was ok. And i think last night for the first time in two weeks
I slept just a little. And the third question for my doctor, well, is my sleep medicine,
Ambien, it's not working at all. When I take it I don't go to sleep at all but I see everything
move. Everything kind of flashes and moves. So, I know I should be asleep but I'm not
sleeping. And the fourth thing, I want an inhaler for my asthma. I've never been diagnosed
with asthma. When I was in Spain I took that test where you blow really hard like...you
blow and you let all the air out of your lungs and it does a graph and the graph said that
I was right on the line of being asthmatic. So, they didn't diagnose me, but I think I
have it and I want an inhaler because I had a small attack for the first time about a
month ago. I accidentally inhaled some chemicals and it made me...it made it very difficult
to breathe. Alright, and the last thing I'm here to tell my doctor is all of those crazy
side effects that happened to me when you saw me in the hospital. And here's the long
list. I think I had everything possible. Profuse sweating, difficult urination, rapid speech,
confusion, hot flashes, feeling that something horrible was going to happen to me like dying
during my sleep. I had a shaky voice and body. I still do. I have a lack of voice. I have
involuntary movements of my toes and head. I have some type of clear liquid that is draining
that I think is giving me that cough. I didn't sleep at all taking Cymbalta. I had a loss
of appetite. I had to force myself to eat. The doctor in the ER told me I was in a state
of mania. I had racing thoughts and my mama said I was extremely agitated. haha. In other
words I was probably a really big ***. Ok. To find out. They're going to try to find out what is happening
to me. And then the pain doctor, I believe he will help me manage the pain with either
therapy or a combination of therapy and drugs and I'm really scared of all those drugs now because I never had such bad
side effects, but...Y'all make me feel so much better.
