Hello. Today, I am going to be discussing with you abdominal fat and how you can rid
your body of it. Firslty, let me make out something very clear
to you: situps do not burn fat off your stomach. So, if you're one of those people who goes
to the gym and so 300 crunches at the end of every workout to get their body, their
stomach as flat as they can then beleive me you are wasting your time.
Situps do not burn fats off your abdominals. The most effective ways to remove fats off
any part of your bosy is to do high-intensity resistence training. This does two things:
it increases your body's metabolic rate, meaning that when you are not working out and when
you are at rest or when you are just working in your normal daily life, you are burning
more calaries. Second: don't waste your time doing warmup, slow boring cardiovascular exercises.
Do short burst, speed sprint exercises. Go on a rower and spend 45 seconds as fast as
you can and have 4 to 5 minutes rest. Do this for six sets and you will burn a lot
more calaries and a lot more fat than you would doing the slower exercise. What's more,
you will build speed, agility and power, which will boost your metabolic rate for a lot longer
than doing a boring long cardiovascualr routine. Next, get yourself gluten checked. If you
are gluten intolerant and you are actively eating gluten, which is a protein molecule
found in most grains, then this will trigger a fat response in your body and is deemed
as a very high stress. What's more is that this causes a lot of insulin build up in the
body, making you store more body fat. Be aware of this the next time you go to a resturant
and you start piling bread and pasta and rice down your neck.
Your body is porbably not designed to ingest gluten; 75 percent of white skin people are
gluten intollerant. So, if you're white then chances are that if you're in the room with
four people, three out of the four are gluten intollerant. Bare this in mind.
