Coaches' DVD I LJB Coaching Method
What Do I Teach?
Why Do I Teach It?
How Do I Teach It?
How I Start a Session
ok line please
I ask the players to line up to mentally prepare them for any tasks that lie ahead.
Without their attitude being set this way in advance, I don't believe that they can perform
or achieve the level that I expect from them.
When Players are Entering the Court to Begin their Training, I expect them to feel the same
as a Priest Entering His Church, or a Monk is Entering His Temple.
I Believe that the First 5 Minutes of a Player's Attitude Towards the Session Will Determine
the Quality of the Remaining 1 Hour, 55 Minutes

Team Footwork Training
I expect my players to run promptly to me when they are asked to do so.
This keeps them well-mannered and respectful and shows their focus and dedication.
This is a very important learning curve for the players in my group, not only for them
to become good players, but also to become respectable people.
ok shall we start training
yes, ok
two together, one other side
I appoint a "Captain" to my team, and I ask that he or she carries out my request to the group.
In this way, the selected captain will have the opportunity to learn how to lead others,
Whilst the players in the group will learn to respect their appointed leader.
