Hi my name is Drew and in this series I'm going to be showing you how to make a vegetarian
chili. It is not necessarily just for vegetarians if it is just like a bean chili so meat eaters
can have it too. It is very good so they should enjoy it. Since I have been a vegetarian for
over 2 years and I really enjoy chili cause I'm from Texas and my mom use to make me chili
all the time. So I really sot out the chili recipes and I kind of made my own recipe from
this basic recipe that I started with. It is basically like 2 cans of beans, a can of
tomatoes, 1/2 can of corn, and then some vegetables like diced up bell pepper, diced up onions
and then some hot peppers. Like jalapeƱos and I'm going to put a poblano pepper in there.
Depending on how spicy you like it you can use more or less peppers. It is a really good
chili, I hope you enjoy it. I'm going to serve it up Texas style which means Frito pie. So
we got our chili here on a layer of Frito's and cheese you can see down there. Absolutely
delicious so if you are ready it is chili time.
