>>NARRATOR: Planning for Success. A Self-Assessment Inventory which identifies accommodations,
learning strategies, and assistive technology that will work for you!
>>NARRATOR: What is a self-assessment inventory? This inventory was designed to guide you through
a process of self-discovery. It will help you to clarify your learning strengths and
difficulties and to develop a plan for success. >>NARRATOR: First, you will answer a series
of questions relating to your learning preferences. These might include questions on reading comprehension
or receptive language. >>NARRATOR: Then you will fill out your learning
profile, which will identify your strengths and challenges in each of the different categories.
>>NARRATOR: once yours strengths and callenges are discovered you will create a plan for
success which will incorporate accommodations, learning strategies, and assistive technology.
>>NARRATOR: Some of the assistive technology might include the Pulse or Echo Smartpens,
Dragon Naturally Speaking, or Premier Accessibility Suite.
>>NARRATOR: Why take it? It determines your academic challenges, while establishing your
