One other shot you're going to take, you won't have to, you won't use this when you're shooting
three pointers, because you want to use the jump shot when you're shooting three pointers.
But some people are strong enough that actually can use it is the set shot. Doing the set
shot you don't need to jump, you don't need to jump, unless you absolutely have to, then
it becomes a jump shot, but you don't need to jump. So, set shot, you'll be in the paint,
all the same mechanics of shooting apply, balance, elbows up, eyes on target and follow
through, but you want to make sure with a set shot, make sure with the set shot, because
a lot of times you'll have defense on you. You want to make sure you don't take the set
shot when you're in the paint and too much defense on you. You might want to think about
doing something else, maybe kicking it out, or maybe trying another move. But, if you?re
wide open most of the times, that's when you want to take the set shot. Unless you you
got a quick release. So, set shot, same mechanics apply, balance, elbows up, eyes on target,
follow through, and there you have it. Shooting a set shot.
