Hey everyone. My name is Allen, co-founder of askromeo.com and on behalf of Expert Village
I'm here to show you how to meet a woman at a supermarket. How to ask questions that are
fun and intriguing. So when you are talking to somebody inside a supermarket, now you
want to find out a little bit more about them. So, when you are talking to them, the questions
you want to ask, I consider to be like fly fishing, alright. So, you're going to bounce
back and forth. Touch on different topics until you find one that bites. Until you find
one that the two of you can connect on. Now that connection should be on the level of
emotion not on the level of facts. So it's not that you grew up in the same town or you
went to the same school but rather that you shared the same emotional experience in a
small town or a large town. Or you didn't experience it and you want to find out more
about it. That's how you connect, not on the level of fact but on the level of emotion.
So there's a couple of different things you want to touch on. One of the first things
that I always like to go to is where did you grow up? Not where are you from, because that
is boring, but where did you grow up? So you automatically start connecting that childhood
memory. Other pieces that you can talk about are, what do you do for fun? What else do
you do around here? Where have you traveled to and you want to touch on all of these different
areas until you find one that bites. One that makes her eyes open a little bit wider, one
that her eyebrows raise a little bit and a smile comes to her face. And now you know
that's the kind of topic you can touch on at a deeper level and build a deeper connection
than just those surface level pieces.
