Hi this is Neha on behalf of Expert Village and today I'm going to tell you a recipe which
is direct from the heart of India. Well these are the ingredients. Now, let's start on the
recipe. Let me take a knife and put the capsicum aside because you know cut capsicum we need
to be very, very cautious. But before that, we'll cut potatoes. I have three potatoes
which I have washed. And let me just start with the cutting, with the peeling of the
peel of the potatoes. Let me just quickly peel the three potatoes which I have right
now. Well, peeling is like you know, you can just do it with a peeler or a knife, whatever
your comfortable with. I have a knife and I think I'm comfortable with it so I'm using
the knife. Try to take small, small, try to take out the peel, the very lightest peel,
I mean you shouldn't be able to take you know, you shouldn't be losing your potato. So try
to take out very small, very light peels of the potato. So I think I'm just able to cut
my whole one, just taking out the peel for the whole one potato. Here it goes and here
the potato's almost ready. So here goes the first.
