Ok my name is Daniel, I’m from Washington. I found Rightlook through the internet actually.
I just typed PDR training program and it was the first thing in the line, Rightlook. Something
I was curious about, I asked and they just answered it right away. It was a quick response
and that was one thing I liked about Rightlook. I took the paintless dent repair training.
I’ve been in the body shop business for over 10 years already. Every time I see a
little small ding or small little damage on the panels and I was thinking Paintless Dent
Removal (PDR) was the better way to go and it worked out great.
First of all, working with Garrett, he’s a professional instructor and he’s great.
He’s just like, “You got to do it with your hands” and it’s just like, do it.
Every time I talk to him and every question I asked he’s just answers right away or
he shows you how to do. Also, the size of the class, Rightlook keeps it at a minimum
so every 5 minutes Garrett just keeps looking over you, what you’re doing. He doesn’t
forget about you. Basically, Garrett tells you everything about
Paintless Dent Repair, how to make money, how to talk to customers, the estimate, everything,
not just the training or the actual work but also how to deal with customers. The first
time I worked on the actual car, it was scary. What happens if I cracked the paint, what
if I do something wrong, make a pokey pokey? I was just really scared. But after a while
you get used to it and you just do it. Yesterday I popped 17 dents out and yesterday
was the 6th day of PDR training, so that’s how fast I learned. So working with Garrett,
such a professional instructor, you will get Paintless Dent Repair. You look at what you
did and, oh my goodness, is that what I really did, oh my goodness. You really surprise yourself
and you get confidence and it makes me feel like I can do everything. Paintless Dent Removal
training was just really good; I just like it, period.
