After the prints of intuition
For many aborigines communities, the
consciousness and connection
with everything aroud us is alive.
My name is Ñaupany Puma. I am a priest of the Inca tradition and I travel
practicing the teachings of the
ancestors, specially the teachings of nature.
The inner voice that in other cultures is called intuition, is nothing
but to feel the message of our inner world, a world connected with nature.
This is a feature, a gift that everyone
is born with but unfortunately, over
the years is being lost. I have the
advantage of living in nature as
opposed to other places like Europe
where many live in a world of
stress and separate from nature.
Many destroyed Mother Earth by ego or
material interest, perhaps
unconsciously, but they are doing it.
These people do not listen to their
inner voice, to their intuition.
In places like the Amazon, massive wounds are suffer because humans do not
think, do not feel what happens when a tree is cut. When I see a tree that has
been cut I feel the pain like if they´re doing it to me.
Unity is the typical thing in the vision of the aboriginal people,
everything is connected, everything moves together, everything is alive,
everything has a soul. They have an access more open to the intuition than
to the mind, which pigeonhold and categorize.
Traditional cultures have not yet lost
the intuition. What can we learn
from this to get a better future?
Over the years I learned to develop
this inner voice, this sensibility to
the mountains, the oceans, the clouds,
with Father Sun. I understood that it
is all connected to each
other and nothing is separated.
Only in this way you can really love a
tree, a stone, a butterfly, a river.
Because you won´t see it selfishly,
just your own world but you will be
able to see the Whole. That is the
sense of intuition, to feel from the
inside out, understanding the energy,
feeling that you are not a limited
being but a being who can develop
spiritually. That to me is intuition.
Intuition is in every person, but they do not
know where it comes from. It's something that
comes from outside but in reality it´s simply
inside, Intuition is where thoughts are developed.
I think that every scientist is creative and dependent on intuition. Many
think with the mind but there is nothing really new coming out from that.
For the needs of indigenous people, the
Inca priest Puma Ñaupany tries its own
way to do something to prevent the
destruction of the Amazons, calling on
the nature´s power to
achieve a new consciousness.
The ceremony has a purpose, to unify the force of Mother Earth with the
force of Father Sun, for this energy to open our roads, enlightening us and
that tomorrow we will be able to see another Amazons, another Ecuador,
another Perú, another Bolivia, since we all have been brothers in the past.
With the philosophy that everything is born from water in our planet, where
the river´s waters run into the oceans, reaching up to heaven above the world
so that the rain falls. That, is evolution. If we break this harmonic
cycle, major disasters will happen on Earth.
The hope of the aboriginal people is that we all take responsibility
and that each one of us in its own way do something about it.
