I pride myself on helping
that little guy.
I've never worked for a big company. I've never taken a case for an
insurance company and I never will
because that's not what my fiber is and that's not the type of person that I want to
represent.
I don't wanna represent a conglomerate or an insurance company
who really has no interest in the little guy.
I wanna fight
for Davie,
okay. I want to bring the claim.
We can help you navigate through the system because it is complicated.
Each and every pleading that's received by an individual
matters; is important.
Whether it's, "we're just telling you we're gonna pay you. Here's a
notice that we're gonna temporarily compensation you or pay you
while your claim is pending", well, we need to know that
because even on that document
they're gonna set forth a rate of pay that may or not be fair under the act.
We can calculate
whether that's an accurate pay or not.
Many times it's not.
Many times they don't take into consideration your over time.
They don't look at what your true wages are
and you're not accurately compensated during that notice of temporary
compensation payable.
Well, if you take that over the course of someone who's gonna receive compensation
for a significant period of time,
that's a significant loss.
Insurance companies are built on accepting premiums, not on paying claims.
And, when it comes time for them to pay claims, they don't always pay them accurately.
So, we can assure that you do get that accurate payment; that accurate
calculation of what your wages are.
Likewise, you may receive
a notification: You need to go see our doctor. You need to go to an independent
medical examination.
What does that mean?
Someone who's never handled a claim or never been involved in a claim, they don't
know what that means.
They don't know that they're going to be whisked into an office, asked a hundred
questions in about two minutes and then thrown out the door and then there's a
letter that goes to their employers saying, "This person's fine. They can work."
They don't know how it really works and we see it on a daily basis.
So, what we're prepared to do is anytime you get notification
from the insurance company, from your employer,
we're ready to step in and fight for your rights.
