Hi I'm Jason former Mac genius and today we are going to set our default browser in Safari
in Mac. Here we go. The first thing we are going to do is we are going to go down here
and we are going to launch Safari and we have our window here and we are going to go to
Safari preferences and you will see here a list of tabs, general, appearance, book marks,
tabs, RSS, auto fill, security and advanced. We are only going to be working with the general
tab today and our first thing as you can see here is default web browser and if you have
got Netscape or Internet Explorer installed or Firefox, that is how you set your default
web browser. It's as easy as that. Also here we have a couple of other options. You can
open new windows with the same page, an empty page, or your home page which you can just
highlight this field here and set whatever home page you want and set that to the current
page and that is what we are covering today and that is basically a quick way and easy
way to set your default web browser in Mac OS X. I'm Jason, thanks for watching. I'll
see you next time.
