Hi, this is Matt Senatore on behalf of Expert Village, and today we're going to learn to
make my grandma Josephine's Chicken Parmesan. Okay, now that our chicken's fried, we're
going to prepare it for baking. Okay so the first thing we're going to do now, we're going
to take our chicken and we're going to line the pan with it. Try to cover the whole bottom
if we can, so make sure we arrange it nicely. It's kind of like a jigsaw puzzle. And don't
worry if, you know, you see little spaces, that's okay. It looks like we made the right
amount of chicken. Oops. Take the smaller pieces kind of to fill in the gaps. This is
actually, turned out perfectly. Get that one right in there, and there we go. So now our
pan lined with the chicken. And now we're going to get the sauce that we made earlier.
