Hello. My name is Andre and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor.
Today I would like to talk to you briefly about anger management. Do you often walk around
feeling like. I can imagine how you feel.
This is how many students feel on a day-to-day basis when they're struggling with anger.
Anger management is the expression of intense feelings,
either verbally or non-verbally, with the intent of letting others know about displeasure. Do you
struggle with making friends or keeping friends?
Or perhaps you struggle with some sort of drug use issue or have legal issues pending? Or maybe you're not the
student you really want to be in school?
Well, guess what? Anger management can assist you in being able to manage these
things differently.

is the fact that these things can be overcome
if you just consider these couple tips.
1: Relaxing, taking a deep breath. 2:

person to approach you if they're dealing with a similar situation or circumstance.
Or even 3:
walking away from a situation and coming back to let
the person know that you'll apologize. If you'd like
