Bryan Singer continues to tease X-men fans via Twitter. The director posted another picture
from the set of X-Men: Days of Future Past over the weekend.
It’s our first look at Patrick Stewart reprising his role as Professor X. It looks like he's
wearing a new set of threads that haven’t featured in previous X-movies.
Many have also noticed that he appears to be standing, but there could be any number
of explanations for that. This could be in between takes, for example.
Singer has posted other photos from the set, including this shot which appears to be Cerebro,
this Vine that teases Ian McKellan as Magneto, Charles Xaviers’ thesis, and a nice closeup
of Beast.
Singer says, quote: "I decided that the next time I got myself involved in a movie that
had a huge amount of attention already that I would use Twitter. As a way of connecting
with fans, principally. And also as a way of clearing up misunderstandings so that people
know.”
X-men: Days of Future Past just began filming today and will be in theaters next summer.
