hi! I'm Daniel Shaw from dentalholiday.co.uk. I'm the patient manager here in the clinic.
I answer, the majority of the emails, and sometimes through videos, just like this.
Paul from the UK asks.. erm..What's the differences between the two types of veneers which we
offer, (He looked on the internet an' couldn't find the definitive answer), and how long
are both types expected to last for? He's read diffreent answers ranging from 5 to 20
years. Now the two types of veneers which we offer: the ifrst is erm..aaah.. composite
veneer, the soecond being aah..all ceramic zirconia veneers. Composite veneers are quick
and easy to make, but they have the longevity of around 5 years; and they do not have the
translucency, the appearance, and the strength, and the durability of all ceramic veneerlike
the types that we create from aahh....por-ceramic material, zirconia and on our ceric machine.
I's definitely best to go for zirconia if you have the... if you have the money. It's
gonna last you for anywhere from 5 to 20 years. If anything happens before those 5 years,
simply come back and we will replace that veneer free of charge. All our work on veneers
and crowns and implants are guaranteed in our clinic.
