Erik: What do you enjoy about working in international developing economies such as China?
Anatole: Certainly in a place like China, you feel like anything is possible. So unlike
in some other places where I lived, a lot of my friends in China were entrepreneurs.
They just -- they would just start whatever it is they wanted to start, right? If they
had a passion for Belgian beer well they would start a bar selling Belgian beer. It just
-- maybe they didn't you know have all the licenses and jump through all the paperwork
that's needed for starting a business in China but they would just do it, right? And I think
that's something that is the quality of the environment. It just feels like anything is
possible and you should be doing things because others are doing them, right? So that's and
that partly why I in the end when I was deciding where would I start my own company a couple
of years ago, why I chose to come back to China to Shanghai and start there.
