Hi. I'm Pepe from 100-Best-Ab-Exercises.com. We're going to do the Swiss Ball Rollout and
Variations with my fitness model Craig here.
So Craig got his knees on the ground. He's going to put the elbows on the ball, and his
hips are slightly bent here. What he's going to do now is roll forward extending the hips
and bringing all his weight forward and extending those arms out, and then he's going to draw
back in. The whole time, he's going to have his core contracted and shoulders are solid
here. They're not going to be sunken in, and he's going to repeat and come back.
We can also do this from the toes and the elbows for a little more challenging variety
here. Again, roll out, bringing it back in, rolling out, and bringing it back in.
We can do another variation here called Stir the Pot. He's going to roll out around in
a stirring motion, one way, and we can do on the other way. Perfect.
