My name is Jana Larson
I am the full time Food Service Director at School Sisters of Notre Dame, and I also
am an instructor through CBI for the ServeSafe Food Safety program. I've had students that work
in restaurants, bars, schools, health care establishments. The ServeSafe Program through CBI is thorough
and small class sizes so it is very interactive. Most of the other ServeSafe Programs are held during
the day hours. CBI does a course at night and as long as an online course. People can still work full time and take these courses.
So it's a good program regardless of where you're at.
