Hello guys. In a few day is Valentine's Day and I was wondering what I could accomplish
dessert for this feast. I could make the chocolates but it seems obvious.
The chocolate is very good and is, among other things, a great source of serotonin, the hormone
of humor. In fact, even the banana contains this hormone. Why not combine them together?
I just got an idea. Let's go see it!
Well guys. As I said we're going to combine chocolate with bananas. Let us look at the ingredients to prepare the chocolates
"Heart of Banana." This is the compound which, as already know, the base is also used
in the raw granola and frozen raw food. In this recipe, we'll use 70 grams of cocoa liquor,
20 grams of butter, coconut oil, half a teaspoon of vanilla powder, 40 grams of agave syrup
and a pinch of cardamom that soon we will. There will clearly

As usual I combined the cocoa liquor, cocoa butter, vanilla and agave syrup and put in the dryer

banana slices, or, as I do, giving it the shape of a heart, given the occasion of the feast.
