Hi, I'm Angelina Musik on behalf of Expert Village today we are going to talk about how
to walk in high heel shoes. Walking in high heels is based on the type of shoe you are
wearing, the type of heel you are wearing, the height of your heel, the positioning of
your feet, the posture that your body is standing and walking in and how well you are with your
balancing with heels. So if you wanted to just work on your balancing skills with flat
feet just hold one foot up and change out to the other foot up. That will force you
to work on your posture where your tummy is tucked in and your shoulders are pulled back
not too much and if you can balance on one foot the next step is to stand in a pair of
high heels that you are looking forward into enjoying for a event or to work. After you
work on balancing on those heels and standing still then we would work on walking just a
few steps.
