Hi my name is Emory Davis and I'm here today with expertvillage.com to show you some cooking
demonstrations of Meditararian foods. My background in cooking I've started cooking back in 1997
and I went to cooking school here in the United States and in south of France, in London in
Cord En Blue and I've been a caterer and a private chef and all kinds of things. So today
we're going to be making 3 dishes we're going to make hummus which is a very traditional
Meditararian food made from chick peas. We're also going to making a fried garlic pesto
sauce over brown rice pasta and a mtzah pan stuff dates and stay tune we're going to be
making that right away.
