Hi guys, this is Eva from Bay Harbour Med Spa. And today, I'm going to give you some
instructions on how to use my Arbutin lightening treatment with the Mandelic Acid. The reason
I'm doing it is because some of you that purchase the product line did not understand the written
instructions that I gave on the treatment for the home use. I want to take you step
by step by step and show you how to use the product line and what I mean when I say what
I say in the instructions. So when you guys buy the Arbutin lightening treatment from
me. It usually arrives in the package and it has three items first. It has the arbutin
lightening gel. It has the microdermabrasion. And it has the Arbutin lightening cream. So
these are the three items that it has in there. And then you will see in there, two other
things. In there in the package of the Arbutin lightening treatment, and we don't even advertise
it. But I give it to people because it works so well, and it's in additional bonus, it's
free, it's a gift. Is this. Mandelic Acid and neutralizer. And some of you perhaps,
get a little bit confused on how to use it or do I explain it. So here I will demonstrate
how to use the treatment when and how often. So if you are treating, if you are treating
let's say your face. What my suggestion is and if you are dark or black. My suggestion
is the following. Three times a week, you will use the microdermabrasion scrub which
is this. The microdermabrasion scrub three times a week. You will start the following.
Twice a day, every single day. Morning and evening. You will apply on the discoloration
the Arbutin gel and the Arbutin cream. These two things. How do we do that? If, let's say,
morning, you wash your face, you clean your face with a cleanser toner. Then after you
cleanse your face, you will take- it comes like this- you will take a tiny bit, just
a tiny bit, tiny bit, and let's say I'm working here and you put it here. So you put the gel
only on the area that is discolored. You don't have to put the gel on the whole face. Just
put it only on the area that is discolored. So after you put let's say we treat it this
,you put the gel after the gel, you take the cream and you take a tiny bit of the cream.
And here. And massage it in. So if, let's say, you have some discoloration on your face,
you put only on the discoloration the gel and then you can take the arbutin cream and
you can put the Arbutin cream for sure over the area where you put the gel, but you can
put the Arbutin cream on the rest of your face. It will not lighten your skin. All over.
It will only lighten where the discoloration is, where you will do the following steps.
So remember, morning and evening. On clean skin. Arbutin gel. Followed by Arbutin cream.
Now, and yes, you don't need, and even if you put the Arbutin cream all over your face,
then you don't need to put a moisturizer. If you want to put the Arbutin cream only
on the areas that you are trying to treat or lighten, then you put it only on the areas
and the rest of the face, you have to put a moisturizer and an eye cream which every
time of the day that you do the treatment. Now say that, three times a week remember
three times a week. I would say do it at night, before you go to bed. You will take this microdermabrasion
scrub. Remember that's all in your package. The gel. The cream. The microdermabrasion
scrub. Is in your package. So is the Mandelic Acid. And so is the neutralizer. So three
times a week, let's say in the evening. You take the microdermabrasion scrub, and I will
show you how much. This is how the microdermabrasion scrub looks. And you will take, about this
much. Look. This is very little. Can you see? You take this and put it on the white face
that means you face is wet. Because when the shower, so you cleanse your face. It's wet.
From water, and now you take the microdermabrasion scrub and you put it all over you skin. And
you abrade your skin. I'm actually going to make my hand wet. So that I can show you how
to do it and go to do it on my hand. Okay. So just a second, I will take a paper towel
and I will show you I'm doing this on my hand. I don't want to make myself completely dirty.
Just partially. So, Okay! So let's look. So you guys can see my hand is wet. So now. I
put the microdermabrasion on my hand. So let's pretend that it's your face. Let's pretend
it's your underarm. Let's pretend it's your bikini. Whichever part of your body you are
doing the lightening. And now, I spread it around. And I think you can hear it if I'm
quiet. And it sounds and it feels like sand but it's not sand. These are micro crystals.
It's a mineral. And you abrade the skin. About I would say, twenty seconds. Don't kill yourself
but abrade. If you do the face, concentrate on your t-zone or so, not only on the discoloration
but all over your face. It's an amazing, amazing, amazing product because it makes your skin
glowing. It makes your skin smooth. It removes all residue from the pores. It's an amazing,
amazing product, and it removes the top layers of the skin. So that after this, you will
be able to apply your lightening treatment but we're going to inject the Mandelic Acid
after this. So guys, I did this. I don't know how long I'm talking. But I did this. So most
of the crystals. Most of the crystals fell off. So now that I feel that most of the crystals
feel off. Look at the difference. My hand here, and my hand here. So now, I'm going
to wash my hand, and you're washing your face. You know what I say, the best thing to do
is to do it in the shower. Because when you are in the shower, you can just rinse it off.
So now, I wash my hand, you wash your skin, you washed your face, your bikini, your under
whichever your part of your body you're doing. So now, you did that, so I want to show you
now excuse me a minute. I want to show you now. This is step one. Three times a week.
Microdermabrasion. Now my skin is clean. I washed the residue off. Now my skin is clean.
I dried it. Now after I dried it, okay, let me see, this is here. Alright, so now, now
that I dried it. I am going to put the Mandelic Acid on my skin. And this is what we are going
to do. Okay, let me close this. And make sure you always close the microdermabrasion and
take a little bit and close it immediately so you don't get water you don't get germs
you don't get bacteria. So now, that we did the Mandelic Acid. We did the microdermabrasion,
now we're going to do Mandelic Acid. So I am going you see q-tip. Q-tip. This is what
I suggest you guys do. Get ready a q-tip. Get ready a little cup. Or little bowl like
this. You see. It has have a cup of water. Quarter a cup of water. It doesn't matter.
You get ready a regular cup of this, like this. You put a little bit of water in there.
So you have and I will move this, you have, now a little cup with water. You have the
Mandelic Acid and you have the neutralizer. Remember, you need to use the neutralizer
to neutralize the acid that you are going to put the Mandelic Acid that you are going
to put on your skin. So here is what I suggest to you guys. For starters, you will get the
hang of it once you start doing it once, twice three times. Perfection comes from experience.
So you do it once, two times, three times then you can do it in your sleep. So we have
neutralizer, we have Mandelic Acid and we have a bowl with little bit of water in there.
So what you are going to do this is a spoon. This is a teaspoon for. You are going to take,
you're going to take, and I'm going to show you. Quarter, quarter is about let's say,
can you see quarter. Quarter of a teaspoon full of this neutralizer powder and you are
going to pour it into this water. And you are going to mix it, okay. You mix it. You
leave it there, close the neutralizer. Open the Mandelic Acid, open it. Take the q-tip.
Put the Q-tip in. Just like this. It doesn't have to be leaking. You see theQ-tip is wet.
Take let's say this is discoloration. Now, put the Mandelic Acid on the areas where you
want to treat. The discoloration. You put the Mandelic Acid on just like I did you see
one dip goes a long way. It covers my whole hand. You put it on. It will tangle like burning
because remember you already prepared your skin. This whole idea of the neutralizer and
of the Mandelic Acid and of the microdermabrasion scrub and the lightening Arbutin. It's a mini-me.
Instead of you coming to your clinic to do my treatment. I made something that can represent
me. It's me in little in your house. So now, I put this acid on and it burns a little bit.
And it itches a little bit. If you are black, and you do this I suggest that you start and
you do only three minutes for the first three times. Four times, that you do this. So let's
just pretend now that this is three minutes on the hand. You have already prepared neutralizer.
Remember, I showed you quarter of the spoonful of the neutralizer. This mix. In this bowl
of water. So now, I will take a piece of cotton or gauze. I will dip it in here. And I want
you to look. What I'm going to do, because I don't want to make myself dirty. But I'm
going now to take this solution and put it here and I'm washing my hand off I am neutralizing
neutralizing the acid. So now I am breaking down in the acid, no longer can be active
on my skin. Because I just neutralized it with the neutralizing solution. So now, we
are done. This is done. I wipe my hand. The acid is neutralized. It's not on my skin anymore.
And now, now, I take the Arbutin gel. I take a little drop. Little drop. Massage it all
in. It will take a ten seconds to be massaged in. I will where I treat it or where I want
to put it. It's in. It's not oily so it's sort of like a jelly like for massage it in.
It's in. And now, I will take the Arbutin lightening cream. And again, I will take a
very little, so here. With this spoon. I show you. Little bit. And I put it on. And I massage
it in and I am done. So when you do three times a week, You see. When you do three times
a week, the Arbutin treatment with Mandelic Acid and microdermabrasion, you are actually
doing an intensive treatment for your skin. Something that I would do in the clinic if
you lived in Miami and you came to my clinic and you wanted me to do lightening treatments.
I would do precisely what I showed you. I would show you precisely what I would do for
you with your skin. With one difference, if you came to me, instead of doing the microdermabrasion
which I gave you. I would use my microdermabrasion machine. Which is this. This is my microdermabrasion
machine. And you can see the crystals are here. So I take this crystals and I make microdermabrasion
for you in the jar. This is microdermabrasion, it's the same crystals that I put them together
and I make it because you don't have me, you don't have the machine, so you cannot do this.
So in the clinic, I would use this microdermabrasion which is very powerful, because it has a powerful
motor and I would abrade the skin and then I would follow all the steps that I just gave
you. So, I hope that I clarified how the treatments should be done. Every day, every morning,
every evening, you use the Arbutin Gel and the Arbutin Cream. Morning, evening. Three
times a week. You use first microdermabrasion, you abrade the skin. Rinse it off. After microdermabrasion,
you apply this Q-tip Mandelic Acid all over the area that you want to treat. Prepare in
the meantime, the neutralizer which is quarter of a teaspoon full of neutralizing powder
and a little bit of water. Have that ready three minutes four minutes neutralize it.
Wash it off. When you are done, you put again the gel on, you put the cream on, very important.
Why is it important, because guys! Remember. Microdermabrasion and Mandelic Acid. That's
very intensive. Then and then you apply the Arbutin gel and the Arbutin cream. It penetrates
deeper even into the skin, because you remove al the layers from the top of the skin. The
epiderm is gone, and this can penetrate deeper into skin. This is how it works. And I explained
this in the past. That Arbutin is actually not a lightening treatment. As such as people
understand. What Arbutin actually does, it blocks stops the production of Thyrocine.
Stops the production of the melanin. It doesn't allow the melanin to push through and bring
more color to skin and surface. So when you abrade and when you peel the skin, when you
use the Mandelic Acid, you use the microdermabrasion, you are accomplishing exactly what we want.
We want to slough off the top layers of the skin. We want your baby skin to come to the
surface, but we want the new baby skin to come to the surface without any discoloration
on it. So when we use the Arbutin products they stop melanin. They stop the color. That
goes to the surface. So it will not be coming in dark. It will come in as the rest of your
skin and in the meantime, very gently and gradually you are removing the skin, removing
the skin, removing the skin and at the same time, blocking the production of the melanin
of the thyrocine of the color of the skin and this is how we achieve a beautiful flawless
healthy looking skin, and we eliminate the discoloration but please, guys, understand,
that the discoloration itself will take time because these are all products specifically
made for people who have darker pigmented skin or black skin. So these products are
not harsh, and this products are not made to make a miracle overnight. In two weeks
to give you a different color skin. These products are made so that they are very gradual,
slowly, slowly, slowly. Where the uneven skin tone and discoloration will clear itself and
you will get flawless beautiful even toned skin. So I hope that I did it. And everybody
that buys the products will be able to watch this video. So it will be clear for everybody.
So until next time, ciao, adios, bye. Eva.
