I would say we make
the curriculum relevant to the students,
and we make sure that they're aware
that you're not teaching textbooks,
you're teaching the students
and you're trying to fulfill the potential there.
And you also want to make sure
that you're doing what
you're supposed to be doing
and what you're expected to do,
but you're also meeting the needs of the students.
And I think the big thing
that we try and convey to our students
is that your students should be the center
of the curriculum.
It's not the EOGs,
it's not the End of Course testing.
It's the child.
That's the ultimate predictor of success.
