Hi this is chef Tom for expertvillage.com today I'm going to be preparing some chicken
marsala with asparagus lemon pepper sauce and some very lowfat French fries like you
see right here. First we're going to start off with the French fries I'm going to get
2 potatoes and we'll wash them off cause usually these potatoes they clean them off but they're
still lots and lots of dirt on them. So you want to clean those off just a little bit
I'm going to get my fabulous little knife cut it and you just want to cut it and thin
little slices. Like this then they look like this little potato wedges then cut them like
that and look like little French fry thingys.
