In Menu H, these are a lot of the specialty stitches. So when you select stitch number
one, you're going to find that you have a foot with a question mark on it. That is because
when you touch the question mark and touch the stitch, it will tell you this is a candlewicking
stitch. Candlewicking stitches are very, very dense and so as they go back and forth over
their stitch, it's kind of like a French knot. It creates quite a bump, and so this foot
that it's recommending, the candlewicking foot, is actually foot that's got a gigantic
opening underneath so we don't get hung up as we stitch these stitches.
As we take a look stitches one through ten are all candlewicking stitches. Somewhat different
combinations and then these number seven get in to some of the wider, bigger options of
the candlewicking and they're just beautiful. Can you think about how this would look tone
on tone, white on white? It would look like you're simulating those vintage pieces that
you see that are so pretty.
