THE OPEN SPACE--IT HAD EVERYTHING I WAS LOOKING FOR.
THE ONE THING THAT WE DON'T HAVE IS THE BEACH,
BUT WE'VE GOT A GORGEOUS POOL,
AND DOUG'S PROMISED THAT THE LANDSCAPING
WILL BRING THAT TROPICAL FEEL THAT I'M LOOKING FOR.
SO WE'RE BOTH REALLY EXCITED ABOUT THIS DECISION.
IT'S EVEN GOT THAT BIG CLOSET

OKAY, MAYBE A LITTLE BIT.
(Kendy) WE LOVE BEING HERE AND HAVING OUR OWN SPACE,
OUR OWN FURNITURE, OUR OWN BACKYARD,
NOT SHARING A POOL.
AS MUCH AS WE LOVE BEING BY THE WATER,
WE REALLY ARE ENJOYING BEING IN OUR OWN HOME.
WE'VE ACTUALLY MADE QUITE A FEW CHANGES
IN THE TIME THAT WE'VE BEEN HERE.
WE PAINTED.
WE BUILT THIS PERGOLA AND OUTDOOR KITCHEN.
WE'VE HAD THE BACKYARD LANDSCAPED.
IT'S JUST BEEN A VERY, VERY BUSY TIME.
THIS IS A TRADITIONAL CAYMANIAN SAND GARDEN.
ALL THE BEDS HAVE IRON ROCK.
WE HAVE ALL SALT- AND SAND-TOLERANT PLANTS.
AND NOW WHEN WE COME OUT IN THE BACKYARD,
IT DOESN'T FEEL SUBURBAN.
IT FEELS TROPICAL, CHARMING AND TRULY CAYMANIAN.
THAT'S GOOD.
(Doug) IT'S VERY EXCITING TO HAVE MY OUTDOOR BARBECUE
AND FINALLY GET TO COOK OUTSIDE.
OF COURSE, SHE GETS TO PREPARE.
BUT THIS IS GREAT.
THE PERGOLA, TO GET BUILT,
WAS AROUND NINE WEEKS.
IT'S SO LIGHT AND AIRY.
EVEN WHEN IT'S SO HOT OUT, IT'S REALLY NICE IN HERE.
IT'S JUST A PERFECT SPOT TO RELAX IN.
THEY'VE ALSO MADE SOME CHANGES ON THE INSIDE AS WELL.
SO WELCOME TO THIS GREAT CLOSET.
I JUST LOVE IT.
AS YOU CAN SEE, THERE'S NO SUITCASES WITH CLOTHES IN IT.
ALL MY SHOES HAVE A SPOT.
ALL KINDS OF ROOM FOR DRESSES AND SHIRTS.
AND IF YOU LOOK OVER HERE, THERE IS A SMALL--
OKAY, IT IS SMALL-- A SMALL SPOT FOR DOUG'S CLOTHES.
YEAH.
BUT, YEAH, WE FEEL VERY SETTLED,
